One of the better binaural beats I've tried
I have used binaural beats before but I have to say these are quite good. Very simple instructions and very effective. I would advise you to follow the instructions and listening to them with your eyes open and also with the eyes closed and both give different experiences.

good starter set for meditation
This was my first time getting into meditation and all I can say I am happy I choose to start it with Itsu Sync. How can you go wrong feeling from relaxed, calm and at peace with yourself. :)
