It is really good bang for you buck with this bundled package. 16 different binaural beat tracks and headphones. I have purchased others before and it seems like you have to get a new $20 cd for every single different thing and here it just includes everything!!! i really like using it for meditation, as i have used a lot of different types of meditation music before this does not get stagnant as you can switch between different CDs depending on how you are feeling. I do notice i tend to use the Alpha CD a lot more then the others, it just tends to resonate with me better.
