free download

I have only got the free download so far but felt i should leave a review anyways. I have only been using it several days but I seem to be noticing I am more calm and relaxed. Time will tell as I continue to use it. I plan on ordering the full set when I can afford to but the free download is great to use in the meantime. Thanks.
